It appears from signage and planning applications that a new furniture store is coming to Market Harborough. The Sandicliffe Ford old site, once wrongly rumoured to become a Waitrose,  has had ‘under offer’ notice for while now and a planning application by Kettering furniture company The Furniture Centre Ltd seems to confirm that a new store will in fact be taking over the site.

The resounding question is what does this mean for Russel Francis or for The Furniture Barn?
